Soooo relaxing. Lovely spot, a couple of nice pubs within walking distance, great hosts, great set up, lovely area to explore. Our car broke down 10 minutes from arrival and Rory and Hazel were so kind with mechanic recommendations and rescue lifts, even offers to fetch supplies. It was actually nice to be without wheels - enforced relaxation!

Rory and Hazel were the nicest hosts we have have ever stayed with we think we have stayed at 14 farms over the years and while all have been lovely they just were fab!ous!
Tents would benefit from another pillow each if possible and the tents were a little closer than other farms we have stayed at - spacing them out further would really benefit the experience but I realise that may not be possible. All the same amazing stay in a beautiful sheltered spot.

We had such a wonderful authentic experience. The tent was amazing and equipped with just what we needed. Rory and Hazel were so kind and welcoming and answered all our questions. They even invited the kids to their farm to see their miniature donkeys.

Absolutely perfect, everything you could want in a Glamping holiday. The hosts were great and went the extra mile to give the kids a tractor ride and a play with the donkeys. Will definitely be back.

The safari tents with cupboard beds and built in bunks were magic, and the candles above the table made it feel all twinkly and magical too. We even saw shooting stars and a barn owl one night.

Heydon Farm was a great location to base ourselves for our Norfolk holiday. With only 4 tents it was a nice quiet site overlooking a field of cows as our neighbours. I loved the fact we had our own allocated shower so could leave our wash things up there. The honest shop was perfect for a last minute purchase of marshmallows & hot chocolate, as well as having power to charge my phone. There was plenty to do in the local area within a 30 min drive so a perfect staycation. A new espresso bar has just opened in the village so is perfect for those who need coffee but don't want to wait for the stove to wam up as well having some lovely pastries & cakes.

Great way to switch off from all the pressures of our busy lives back home! So relaxing, location is great, being in nature, kids had the best time too! Having an honesty shop pn site is a brilliant feature.
The tent is a good size, great that it is dark at night with the blackout windows as kids slept in compared to staying in a traditional tent! The park and kids toys on site are a brilliant addition.
Lovely to wake up to the cows each morning!

We had a lovely weekend in Heydon Farm. As always with feather down the accommodation was great and the location super nice to visit North Norfolk. With our children we spent a day at Bewildered wood which was amazing.

We had a fabulous holiday. Farmer Rory and Hazel could not have been more welcoming and kind,- they even came to give tractor rides. Heydon is in a great location to see all of North Nofolk, half an hour from the coast and the Broads. The highlight of the holiday for my son was the chickens. He loved checking the coop every day for eggs. We will be back.

Fantastic breakaway! The site is perfect for families, with a little play park on site! Site host Rory was helpful and came to welcome us on our arrival, he also go through pizza oven fired up on the Saturday night too… this was our first family glamping trip and it was ideal! Our son loved the adventure so it something we’ll continue doing! Highly recommend Heydon Grove Farm site.

Beautiful and peaceful location, perfect for relaxing and not far from attractions like Wroxham broad - loved going on a day boat, Holt station - for a ride to Sheringham on a steam train.Rory and Richard made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of information about the area.We really enjoyed pizza night.

We had a lovely stay at Heydon Grove Farm. It’s a perfect location to explore all of the fun things for children to do nearby, and the farmer was very attentive to our needs. There’s a great little play area for kids and the farmhouse shower blocks are amazing!

A fantastic, relaxing break, away from everything. It was so comfortable, clean and a brilliant place to stay. Shower block perfect for families camping. Hosts amazing!

The facilities here are amazing. The showers are close by and easily accessible. It was a really nice touch to have a whole family room allocated to our tent so no sharing! The electric shower and hairdryer were bliss after a long day!
The site is very quiet and well positioned away from the road. The children’s play area is big enough to entertain children for their stay.
The honesty shop is well stocked and comes with cubby boxes for phone charging.
The farmer was polite and considerate, coming to see if we were ok during our stay.
This is one of the nicer sites we have stayed at and would recommend highly. If you are new to Featherdown be sure to ask for guidance on what to do before you get there!
